RUE "Beltamozhservice" as a part of the logistics system of the Republic of Belarus

The enterprise is the largest logistics operator in the Republic of Belarus, capable of providing services, assistance in the development of foreign trade and logistics relations in the implementation of foreign economic activity.

The activity of the republican unitary enterprise "Beltamozhservice" is aimed at developing and maintaining the logistics system of the Republic of Belarus. The enterprise is the largest logistics operator in the Republic of Belarus, capable of providing services, assistance in the development of foreign trade and logistics relations in the implementation of foreign economic activity. 

RUE "Beltamozhservice" is a full member of the Belarusian Association of International Freight Forwarders BAME, the Belarusian Association of International Carriers BAMAP, the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations FIATA, the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

 Based on the statistical reporting of 1-logistics (Ministry of Transport) for 2020, a rating of the efficiency of the functioning of 58 logistics centers of the Republic of Belarus was formed. The first three places were taken by the transport and logistics centers of our company, two of them are located in the Minsk region.

 Also, according to the results of economic activity in 2020, the enterprise was recognized by BAME as the third in the ranking of leading domestic freight forwarders.

 The infrastructure of the enterprise, developed in all regions of the country, allows transporting export/import cargo of any complexity. Providing a full range of transport and logistics services, RUE "Beltamozhservice" delivers goods to anywhere in the world, applying an individual approach to each client and offering high-quality service. We have our own railway and road rolling stock of various carrying capacities. We have the status of a customs carrier.

One of our advantages is the availability of our own railway sidings and container yards.

Since October 2020, the enterprise has been an authorized state agent of air transportation, which is confirmed by the relevant certificate issued by the Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus. This status provides an opportunity to conclude direct contracts with any airlines.

Obtained in 2019, the accreditation of RUE Beltamozhservice as an exchange broker at the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange allows it to act as a link between foreign buyers and Belarusian manufacturers of export products without intermediaries. As an exchange broker, the company registers a buyer as a participant in exchange trading, selects lots for purchase and calculates a deposit, takes part in trading with payment of an exchange fee and signing transaction registers.

In all regions of the country, our modern Class A transport and logistics centers with a total area of ​​​​more than 80 thousand m² are located, there are temporary storage warehouses, public warehouses, customs and free warehouses.

Transport and logistics centers provide a wide range of warehousing services: from storage and loading and unloading operations to cargo handling services, labeling with excise stamps, control (identification) marks, including those with a radio frequency tag (RFID tag), using DataMatrix technology for goods on the EAEU market. Warehouses have refrigerating chambers, access control systems to warehouses, video surveillance systems; warehouse automation systems, including proprietary software products. Cargo handling is carried out using the WMS system 24/7. All TLCs are equipped with modern communications.
