On labelling with means of identification
In connection with the entry into force fr om 09.11.2023 of the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the following goods will be subject to labelling by means of identification:
- medicines (Decision No. 108);
- soft drinks and juices (Decision No. 109);
- telephone sets and portable computing machines weighing not more than 10 kg, consisting of at least a central data processing unit, a keyboard and a display, with identification means (Decision No. 110).
When exporting pharmaceuticals to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, economic entities label pharmaceuticals independently, without applying to RUE "Publishing House "Belblankavyd".
From 9 November 2023, economic entities exporting soft drinks, juices, telephones and laptops to the territory of the member states of the EAEU, wh ere their marking by means of identification has been introduced, should apply to RUE "Publishing House "Belblankavyd" to obtain foreign marking codes, since the marking of such goods by means of identification has not been introduced in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
At the same time, according to Annex 1 of the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 29.07.2011 № 1030 "On goods subject to marking", soft drinks, juices, telephones and laptops are included in the list of goods subject to marking with uniform control marks.
