Requested documents from 07.07.2023 confirming the client's (represented person's) status:
from a parent (adoptive parent) in a large family (trustee), the following are requested:
the original certificate of a large family (or a notarized copy, with a certification period of no more than 15 calendar days before the moment of application) and a copy of this document;
if the certificate is issued to a complete large family (where both parents are indicated, one of whom is the declarant), the following are additionally requested:
the original marriage certificate of the parents in a large family, who are indicated in the certificate (or a notarized copy, with a certification period of no more than 15 calendar days before the moment of application) and a copy of this document;
a paper passport of the parent (if issued on paper), who is the declarant of the vehicle, with a stamp on the registration of the marriage, the conclusion of which is provided by the certificate;
a copy of the court decision on divorce, which resolves the issue of residence and upbringing of children - if the declarant of the vehicle is a parent whose marriage in a large family has been dissolved. According to this decision, it must be confirmed that after the dissolution of the marriage, the children are dependent on the parent - the declarant;
from a disabled person of group I or II (trusted person) the following are requested:
the original certificate of disability (or a notarized copy, with a certification period of no more than 15 calendar days before the date of application) and a copy of this document;
the parent (adoptive parent) of a disabled child under 18 years of age (trustee) shall be requested to provide:
the original disability certificate (or a notarized copy, with certification period of no more than 15 calendar days prior to the date of application) and a copy of this document;
the original birth certificate of the child (or a notarized copy, with certification period of no more than 15 calendar days prior to the date of application) and a copy of this document;
a copy of the court decision (extract from the decision) on adoption - for an adoptive parent (adoptive parent) not indicated as a parent in the child's birth certificate);
the guardian (trustee) of a disabled child under 18 years of age (trustee) shall be requested to provide:
the original disability certificate (or a notarized copy, with certification period of no more than 15 calendar days prior to the date of application) and a copy of this document;
the original certificate of the right to represent the interests of the ward (or a notarized copy, with a certification period of no more than 15 calendar days before the date of application) and a copy of this document.
For the following brands and models of vehicles, it is necessary to provide a certificate from the dealer on the engine displacement:
