Schedule of personal reception of citizens, legal entities by the management of RUE "Beltamozhservice"

Reception of citizens is carried out at the address: Minsk, st. Lermontov, 27 on a first come, first served basis.

NOTE: Pre-registration for a personal appointment is carried out on weekdays from 8.30 to 17.30 at the manager's reception by phone - 8017-259-75-03.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 12, 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated April 17, 1992 No. 1594-XII (as amended on 01/05/2016) "On Veterans", invalids and participants in the Great Patriotic War are accepted in the first place. < / p>

When holding a personal reception, by the decision of the General Director of RUE Beltamozhservice, technical means (audio and video recording, film and photography) may be used.

When carrying out a personal reception to ensure a comprehensive and complete consideration of the merits of an oral appeal, employees of the structural units of the Enterprise may be involved in accordance with their competence.

With him, the applicant must have identity documents (passport, residence permit, refugee certificate), documents confirming the powers of a representative of a citizen, legal entity or individual entrepreneur (power of attorney, identity card, etc.). It is also recommended to have answers to previous appeals to other organizations and other documents necessary for considering the issue.

Oral appeals can be left without consideration on the merits, if:

• no documents proving the identity of the applicants, their representatives, as well as documents confirming the powers of the applicants' representatives have been presented;
• appeals contain issues, the solution of which does not fall within the competence of RUE "Beltamozhservice";
• the applicant has already been given an exhaustive answer to his questions during a personal reception, or the correspondence with this applicant on such issues has been terminated;
• the applicant, during a personal reception, allows the use of obscene or offensive words or expressions.

Please note that the officials of the RUE "Beltamozhservice" conducting a personal reception, as well as employees of the Enterprise authorized to make a preliminary appointment for a personal appointment, have the right to decide to refuse a personal appointment, make an appointment for a personal appointment in the cases provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 6 Law of the Republic of Belarus of 18.07.2011 No. 300-З (as amended on 07/15/2015) On applications of citizens and legal entities in cases:

• appeals on issues not related to the competence of the Enterprise (branch);
• hits on unspecified days and hours;
• when the applicant has already been given an exhaustive answer to his questions during a personal reception;
• when the correspondence with the applicant on the issues set out in the appeal is terminated.
