About change of the order of representation of the statistical declaration
The procedure for submitting the statistical declaration has been simplified by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.06.2020 № 182 “On Amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus” (hereinafter - the Decree № 182), which entered into force on October 4, 2020. The article discusses innovations and frequently asked questions.
Thus, Decree № 182, amending the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 27.03.2008 № 178 “On the Procedure for Conducting and Controlling Foreign Trade Transactions” (hereinafter - Decree № 178), provides for simplification of the procedure for submitting statistical declarations in the form of electronic documents by residents of Belarus , namely the transition to:- application of one document - statistical declaration (instead of two - statistical and periodic statistical declaration);
- increase to 3,000 euros of the total value of goods shipped (delivered) in the reporting calendar month under a foreign trade agreement, in respect of which the submission of a statistical declaration is mandatory.
