As reported by
Trucks and cars, citizens who have the right to cross the border, will be able to pass through this Belarusian-Lithuanian checkpoint in both directions.
The Lavorishkes checkpoint from the Lithuanian side was closed in March 2020 after the announcement of the closure of the borders of the Republic of Lithuania in order to limit the spread of coronavirus infection.
In connection with the resumption of the work of the Kotlovka (Lavorishkes) checkpoint, the throughput of which is 350 trucks per day, the workload of other checkpoints of the Belarusian-Lithuanian direction will decrease.
Carriers are asked to take this information into account when planning a route across the Belarusian-Lithuanian border.
