The priority of RUE "Beltamozhservice" in the near future is the development of transport and logistics infrastructure in the Vitebsk region. "The transport and logistics potential of the Vitebsk region in terms of processing export and transit cargo going in the East-West and North-South directions is very large, and it is not fully revealed today. Therefore, in the near future, our company, with the support of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, will implement a number of investment projects in the region," Vadim Babarikin said.
Beltamozhservice has already started implementing a project for the construction of a Class A transport and logistics center in the Vitebsk region. TLC will be located along the main transport corridors, near the airport in Vitebsk, which will allow providing all types of logistics services at a modern level. It will be a complex of facilities, including an administrative and household building with a warehouse complex and an open area for the placement of large goods and vehicles, services and parking. It is planned to organize a temporary storage warehouse, a customs warehouse and a general-use warehouse at the complex. It is also planned to organize a customs clearance point at this terminal.
The General Director of Beltamozhservice noted that a project on the construction of a transport and logistics center near the Grigorovshchina republican customs clearance point is under preparation, and the company also plans to erect a terminal in the Braslav district.
"The implementation of these projects and initiatives will lead to an increase in trade turnover between friendly countries and will contribute to solving the tasks of increasing export supplies of goods of Belarusian manufacturers," Vadim Babarikin stressed.
Beltamozhservice is a republican unitary enterprise established by the State Customs Committee, a national logistics operator.
