On compliance with customs legislation
We remind you of the necessity of complying with customs legislation. In accordance with par. 3 of Art. 151 of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union, within three hours after entering the customs control zone(temporary customs zone), the carrier must submit the notification of placing the goods in the customs control zone and the delivery documents for registration with the customs authority, and in case of arrival outside the opening hours, the beginning of the customs office.
The sanctions provided for in Article 15.10 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus shall be applied in the event of failure to comply with the time limit.
