Plans for the near future have been determined

The meeting of the balance commission of “Beltamozhservice” was held on March 31 in the Grodno branch of the enterprise. The management, branch directors, heads of structural divisions gathered to summarize the results of the company's work for February of 2023.

The central event of the day in the country and at the Beltamozhservice was the Message of the President of Belarus to the Belarusian people and the National Assembly. The participants of the meeting of the balance commission joined the broadcast of the Message and were acquainted online with the strategy of the future development of our country.

The participants of the meeting of the balance commission heard reports of the directors of the branches of Beltamozhservice on the results of work for February and two months of 2023, considered problematic areas of activity, developed proposals for improving work in 2023.

During the meeting, awards were also presented based on the results of the work for 2022. The best employees of the Grodno branch were awarded the "Winner" badge.

As part of the work program of the balance commission, representatives of Beltamozhservice visited the “Benyakoni” waiting area, got acquainted with the operation of the waiting area, as well as with the technology of recoupling/reloading vehicles in temporary customs control zones in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus №247 dated 04.22.2022.

At the end of the event, the results of the work of the balance commission were summed up and tasks for the next period of activity were defined.
