On 29 November the 15th anniversary of the "Person of the Year" business award ceremony took place in Nizhny Novgorod. The winners were chosen from 12 nominations.
"Beltamozhservice" won the prestigious award in the nomination "Two Countries - One Economy". The Council of Experts noted the contribution of the Belarusian logistics company to the development of trade and logistics relations with the Nizhny Novgorod region.
"Person of the Year" is an independent regional award that has been presented for outstanding achievements in business since 2007.
The award honours entrepreneurs who have made the greatest contribution to the development of their industry. The Man of the Year laureates change the business environment of the city for the better: they introduce new technologies, expand their businesses, support social initiatives.
Positive business reputation and business development dynamics are important criteria in determining the winners.
This year, for the first time, the nomination "Two Countries - One Economy" has been created within the framework of the award, which recognises the work of those who have managed to create conditions for successful cooperation between two countries, to build trusting relations and ensure mutual benefit in the economic sphere. It aims to highlight the importance of international cooperation and to show that joint work between the two countries can bring significant benefits to all participants.
