RUE "Beltamozhservice": our surety is the guarantee of reliability and profitability

The customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the EAEU) establishes four ways to ensure the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties and taxes:

1) cash (money);

2) bank guarantee;

3) surety;

4) pledge of property.

As a customs representative, RUE Beltamozhservice is always ready to act as a guarantor to the customs authorities and ensure the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties and taxes on goods of our Clients.

In addition, we have the status of an authorized economic operator of the third type, which gives us the right not to provide security for the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties and taxes when releasing goods of which we are the declarant (within the framework of Article 437 of the EAEU Customs Code).

Thus, our status as a customs representative and an authorized economic operator of the third type allows us to solve the problem of our Clients associated with the need to provide security for the payment of customs payments, in all cases when the provision of such security is required in accordance with the customs legislation of the EAEU.

In addition, our Company is ready to provide its Clients with customs escort services, which is an alternative to providing security for the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties when goods are placed under the customs procedure of customs transit.

You can leave a request for the services of our Company to provide security for the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties here.

If you plan to use the service of our Company to provide security for the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs payments in order to place goods under the customs procedure of customs transit, you should also use our service for drawing up an EPI, since in this case we offer our Clients only a range of services: EPI + Provision of security for the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties.
