Customs representative services from Beltamozhservice

Since its foundation, Beltamozhservice has been operating as a customs representative. The company has the status of a Type III Authorised Economic Operator, which gives Beltamozhservice the opportunity to use a range of simplified customs procedures. These include, for example, customs operations related to the arrival of goods in the customs territory, customs declaration and release of goods on a priority basis or release of goods prior to the submission of a goods declaration.

Parcels of goods of declarants are placed under the following customs procedures: customs procedure for release for domestic consumption; customs procedure for export; customs procedure for customs transit; customs procedure for customs warehouse; customs procedure for processing on the customs territory; customs procedure for processing outside the customs territory; customs procedure for processing for domestic consumption; customs procedure for free customs zone; customs procedure for free warehouse; customs procedure for temporary storage of goods; customs procedure for processing of goods in the customs territory; customs procedure for processing of goods for domestic consumption.

If it is necessary to inform the customs authorities in advance about the arrival of goods at the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, Beltamozhservice specialists will provide electronic preliminary information about all the goods being moved, as well as provide security for the payment of customs duties and taxes, if required. Also, based on the information received from the subjects of foreign economic activity about the goods and vehicles being moved, the company will provide a financial guarantee (guarantee security) for the transport of goods and vehicles under customs control in the territory of the European Union/European Free Trade Association countries, if the financial guarantee is a necessary condition for such transport.

In the case of foreign trade activities with counterparties that are residents of the Eurasian Economic Union, Beltamozhservice specialists will register a statistical declaration with the customs authority, which is a document of currency control, is registered with the customs authorities using information systems and technologies and is submitted in the form of an electronic document for the purposes of statistical accounting of foreign trade operations in terms of shipments (receipts) of goods, the performance of customs operations in relation to the goods and vehicles.

When crossing the state border of the Republic of Belarus, if it is necessary to declare goods purchased in third countries, Beltamozhservice specialists will prepare and submit a passenger customs declaration to the customs authority. When declaring vehicles for personal use, in addition to the passenger declaration, specialists will register with the customs authorities a document reflecting the calculation and payment of the utilisation fee.

Today the specialists on customs declaration of the enterprise are located in all regions of the Republic of Belarus, both in internal and republican points of customs clearance, that allows to render quickly and qualitatively services of the customs representative on the whole territory of the Republic of Belarus.
