A large-scale Belarusian-Chinese business forum has started online. As part of the national exposition at the China International Exhibition of Imported Goods and Services, negotiations are underway with partners. The forum discusses the development of trade and economic relations, prospects for cooperation, as well as the investment potential of the two countries.

We are also talking about the promotion of Belarusian products to the Chinese market. China is a key trade partner of Belarus. As a result of this year's work, exports to China have grown 2.5 times and have already reached almost $ 200 million.

General Director of RUE Beltamozhservice Vadim Babarikin made a presentation to the participants on the Belarusian-Chinese cooperation in the logistics and trade spheres.

Having greeted all the participants of the meeting, Chinese friends, colleagues, the head of the Enterprise thanked the organizers of the meeting - the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the opportunity to present the Republican Unitary Enterprise Beltamozhservice, which is one of the three largest transport forwarders of the Republic of Belarus, assists in the development of foreign trade relations , with over 20 years of experience in providing logistics services internationally.

In 2019, the Agreement between the customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus and the customs authorities of the People's Republic of China on the mutual recognition of the program of authorized economic operators came into force. This agreement allows subjects of foreign economic activity with the corresponding status to enjoy a number of advantages both when exporting and importing goods, one of which is the expedited completion of customs operations.

Beltamozhservice is actively developing projects within the framework of the One Belt - One Road initiative. The company is an operator and forwarder for the delivery of goods produced in the Republic of Belarus to the People's Republic of China, and also organizes the delivery of goods from China to Europe. Depending on the range of goods and the required delivery time, the Company offers complex logistics solutions by any means of transport (road, rail, sea and air). Having direct contractual relations with sea lines, the company delivers through the largest seaports: Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Klaipeda, Riga, Gdansk, Hamburg, Odessa, St. Petersburg. Moreover, delivery times are from 30 to 45 days.

Delivery of goods as part of container trains allows you to optimize time and financial costs. Today this service is an alternative to sea transportation. As part of the transportation of goods by our own container trains on the China-Belarus route, more than 25 thousand containers were handled in 2019-2020.

For 9 months of 2020, Beltamozhservice sent 16 container trains (about 800 containers) to China in transit through Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia. The total volume of delivered Belarusian products amounted to 20 thousand tons. Currently, there are 4 container trains per month. System trains allow the consumer to receive the goods in 14-16 days.

Having our own Euro 6 class vehicles, including refrigerated trucks, allows us to organize door-to-door delivery of goods to any country in the shortest possible time.

The status of an aviation agent contributes to the successful support of air deliveries, both import and export to China and other countries of the European Union.

At the same time, the enterprise can be a consignee / consignor, co-operator and forwarder, starting from the formation of consignments of goods, consolidation of goods, obtaining the necessary permits, interaction with state bodies, placing under the appropriate customs procedures.

In addition, Beltamozhservice is involved in supporting the largest investment projects in Belarus in terms of providing a full range of services starting from the moment of consulting a potential investor, accompanying the conclusion of an investment agreement, organizing the delivery and customs clearance of equipment and building materials upon obtaining the appropriate permits and benefits , assistance in organizing export deliveries of manufactured products.

Beltamozhservice, having the status of a stock broker, acts as a link between Chinese buyers and Belarusian manufacturers of such products as lumber, peat, flax, starch, meat and dairy products, rapeseed oil and other goods.

At the same time, within the framework of trading activities, the company purchases building materials, fabrics, furniture,electronics, clothing, footwear and other consumer goods. In 2019, more than 174 thousand tons of these goods were imported. As a wholesale agent, the company sells these goods on the territory of the EAEU.
