COOPERATION TELEVISION: BELARUS-CHINA

In order to develop the Belarusian-Chinese logistics cooperation, the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the People's Republic of China together with the Chinese side within the framework of the China International Exhibition of Services (2020 CIFTIS) on September 09, 2020 in an online format organized a Belarusian-Chinese seminar on logistics: “New opportunities for supply chains along the Belt and Road route, in which RUE Beltamozhservice took part.

From the Chinese side, representatives of the Beijing Commerce Department, the China Automobile Logistics Association, as well as heads of a number of logistics companies took part. From Belarusian - representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, BAMAP, large Belarusian logistics companies.

From the side of RUE Beltamozhservice, First Deputy General Director Elena Skripchik and Director of the Minsk branch Alexander Skachkovsky took part in the online seminar on logistics.

In her speech, Elena Skripchik focused on information about the company: “We have been present on the market of international logistics services for over 20 years, providing a full range of logistics services. A well-developed infrastructure has been created in RUE Beltamozhservice: branches are located in each region of the Republic of Belarus with a presence in the border areas with Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland. The company is an authorized economic operator, customs representative, customs carrier, owner of warehouse complexes, stock broker and sales representative, acts as both importer and exporter of goods. There are 8 own transport and logistics centers of class "A", 3 of which are multimodal with the ability to handle road and rail cargo, the total area of ​​storage facilities - 74,000 m2, on the territory of all transport and logistics centers of the Enterprise there are departmental points of customs clearance. " / p>

Such a developed infrastructure makes it possible to organize a full range of logistics services, including freight forwarding services, consolidation of goods at our own terminals, if necessary ensuring compliance with a special temperature regime, customs declaration, accompanying processing of goods (marking goods with control signs and excise stamps), phyto-sanitary control, registration of the necessary permits and delivery of goods to the consignees to the place of sale anywhere in the world and by any type of transport: by rail, air, sea and road thanks to a developed partner network. The company has its own 80-foot fitting platforms (100 units) and a fleet of light and heavy-duty EURO 6 vehicles.

Beltamozhservice acts as a stock broker at the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange, provides services for the certification of goods in accordance with the EAEU technical regulations.

Focusing on cooperation with the People's Republic of China, Elena Skrpichik noted that RUP Beltamozhservice is actively developing the international project "One Belt and One Way", organizing the transportation of goods by rail as part of container trains, being both a consignor / consignee and a forwarder. In the first half of 2020, RUE Beltamozhservice sent 10 container trains (about 500 containers) to China in transit through Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia. The total volume of delivered products amounted to 12 thousand tons. Travel time from Belarus to China is 14-16 days. In the future, it is planned to send up to 4 container trains per month ”.

“An important feature for the Chinese partners is the fact that within the framework of the Belt-Way project, the import of goods from China is also organized. Over the entire period of this project's implementation from China, our Company has organized 400 container trains, which is over 18,000 containers, ”noted Elena Skripchik.

In order to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the PRC and the Republic of Belarus, RUE Beltamozhservice provides support for the largest Republican investment projects for the delivery of goods to / from China. An example of such projects is the organization of supplies of polyamide produced by JSC "Grodno Azot" to the cities of Shanghai and Ningbo (during the period of cooperation, more than 800 containers were delivered), as well as supplies from the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Belarus of construction equipment and materials for the construction of large complexes in various industries.
