In accordance with the changes in legislation, the structures of electronic customs documents (hereinafter - ETD) were finalized. The update of the e-Declarant checkpoint is posted on the official website of the Beltamozhservice RUE on September 30, 2020. It is necessary to install the e-Declarant checkpoint update. It is possible to send ETDs generated according to new structures only from 00:01 01.10.2020.

Effective October 1, 2020:

- Decision of the EEC Board dated 04.21.2020 No. 54 "On Amendments to the Structure and Format of the Goods Declaration and Transit Declaration" (changes were made to the structure and format of the goods declaration and transit declaration, previously approved by the Decision of the EEC Board dated 01.16. 2018 No. 2; the new edition contains separate items of Table 1 "General information on the structure of the goods declaration and transit declaration in the" Description "column, updated Table 3" Requisites structure of the goods declaration and transit declaration ").

- Decision of the EEC Board dated 21.04.2020 No. 53 "On amendments to the structure and format of adjusting the declaration for goods" (changes were made to the structure and format of adjusting the declaration for goods approved by the decision of the EEC Board dated 16.01.2018 No. the new edition contains separate items of Table 1 "General information on the structure of the correction of the declaration for goods" in the column "Description", updated Table 3 "Requisites of the structure of the correction of the declaration for goods").

- Decision of the EEC Board dated 21.04.2020 No. 52 "On amendments to the structure and format of the customs value declaration" (changes were made to the structure and format of the customs value declaration, approved by the decision of the EEC Board dated 16.01.2018 No. 4, in a new edition separate items and some tables are stated).
