Refueling of vehicles in places of interception/reloading
In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 247 of 22.04.2022 (as amended by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 276 of 05.05.2022), when traveling to specially designated places for cargo operations and (or) interception for refueling trucks and tractors registered in the member States of the European Union, a list of specially designated places is established.
Refueling vehicles in unidentified places is a violation of the requirements of the law and entails bringing the guilty person to administrative responsibility in accordance with Article 24.3 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus (disobedience to a lawful order or request of an official in the performance of his official powers). The sanction of this article provides for the imposition of a fine in the amount of 2 to 100 basic units, or community service, or administrative arrest.
In order to avoid committing administrative offenses, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus recommends complying with the requirements of the resolution and using only specially designated places for refueling foreign cargo vehicles.
